1-1 Private Sessions

One off or multiple 1-1 Private sessions can be conducted in person or online.

Sessions are 1 hour long and we will work together to resolve the issue at hand using the many tools at my disposal. While 4-6 sessions are suggested for most issues, every client has different needs and will want to go at a pace that’s comfortable, so it is very much case by case how much time we need to work together.

I help clients with bereavement, abuse, relartionship issues and break ups, some physical issues, and many other traumas and stressors.
